My name is Eric Smith and I train and access in areas of First Aid, LVR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma. My community involvement over the last 45 years has accumulated in my development of a diverse range of skills and the competence to relate to people of all ages, abilities ,ethnic background and social status. I pride myself on commitment & initiative in delivering training to prioritise & complete to meet schedules. I have a good working knowledge of the principles & practices of Quality management & the importance of customer service.
